SerLome Sampling Policy

Process: Artwork confirmation ⇒Sample Fees Payment ⇒Sampling
Sampling Leadtime: 5-10days; (calculated when the artwork confirmed and payment done)
Sample cost: * Often free if in stock or based on our existed item
*sample cost=mould fees if creating new mould (in other words: it is free sample)
sample express fees: usually is on customer
1, customer to provide the DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT account number
2, pay express fees to Serlome, by paypal , TT, Western union

*If not qualified Due to Serlome , free re-sampling and free shipment
*If not qualified due to Customer, the customer have to pay for the re-sampling fees and express fees

Customer's Original Sample

1, we welcome customer to send their physical sample to us
2, we promise to keep customer's original sample well, not lost or damaged
3, Free expresss service to forward the customer's original sample to other place (within China) if customer send the sample to us.
4, Free copy sample express service if customer send their sample to us and also the PRODUCT order amount bigger than USD1000.
4.1 if customer use the postal service, we will also return freely with postal service (usually slow but low price, say 15-20days)
4.2 if customer use express service ( DHL/Fedex/TNT/UPS..), we will also use express service (usually higher price.but quick, just 4-7days)

How to send sample to Serlome--just for your reference only

1, As personal gift, remark it as " Not Commercial Value" or better the cusoms declaration value less than 10USD.just help to avoid import tax for us.

2, it is better by DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT, and write our phone number on it , faster but higher cost

3, if by post, lower cost and slow, it is better send the sample to our private house address. easy for courier to find the address.also suggest to write our phone number on the envelope and parcel.

Our ( or Most) Factory does not locate in the downtown, but in the Industrial Zone, not easy for the post courier to find. Many factories in the same block.

Sample Confirmation

we will not begin the mass production until customer confirm the sample by one of the following way:
