How to write Payment Purpose when Pay to Personal Bank Account
1, it is the best to leave blank, not to write anything for " Purpose of Payment" on payment details.
2,if you have to write something,
2.1 if the payer is private (personal), you can write " Living expense", but pls not write"payment for goods" , not wirte any PI info.
2.2 if the payer is a company name, you can write "staff salary", but pls not write"payment for goods ", not wirte any PI info.
Reason:
1, China has strict regulation for foreign currency and 99.99% chinese seller use personal account to accept the USD from buyer
2, if company pay USD to a Chinese personal account with a payment purpose of buying commercial goods, it is not allowed
3, if it is a private (personal )account to pay USD to a chinese personal account, it is much easier and allowed

Correct Option 2: for Peronsal Goods (emphasis on " personal", not for commercial)
Correct Option 3: Write nothing, leave payment details blank (the best way and strongly suggested)
Wrong: Write the " PI info" or " payment for goods" as the "payment purpose" on the Payment Details

1 How To avoid intermediary bank charge?
1.1 , USE those world famous banks (say Citibank, HSBC), most of them can make direct international wire transfer, and there is not third-bank charge.
2.2, please tell your bank that you will PAY FOR ALL CHARGES OF FOREIGN BANKS. If you don't do this, sometimes the money will be send through a corresponding bank (not directly to our account) and therefore the bank will charge fees (interim bank charge) from the sent amount. Then we will not receive the full amount.
2.3, USE Local Branch of China Bank. , Say BOC, ICBC
3.4, USE The correct local bank to have lower bank fees. :eg. AU-TASMAN foreign exchange
QT - Commercial Bank has high intermediate bank fees.
2, What is Intermediary Bank Charge?
Some banks need a US Intermediary bank (corresponding bank) to process wire transfers, and this will result in an additional charge, the intermediary bank may deduct the fee from the payment, that is why sometimes the amount we received is less than the mount you transfered.
Please confirm with your bank if they need a US intermediary bank for wire transfer.Iif so, please add the intermediary bank fee to your total Payment.
